Consider It Done! will spend up to two hours with the seller discussing what their home needs in order to make that lasting first impression. Some home owners think they can stage their home without the help of a professional; however, I caution you that staging your home to sell is harder than one might think. It is easier to look from the outside in and see what really needs to change than it is to be literally on the inside looking around and trying to make that determination, especially when you the homeowner has a personal connection and the professional home stager is looking through a buyer's eye. Keep in mind the buyer is trying to make a personal connection with your home and will simple go to the next house if he/she is unable to make that connection.
